Configure your Emails on Android

With Android devices, there are two ways to configure your email depending on whether you already have an account set up or not.

  • First we will show you how to add an account for a device that already has an account set up.

1. On the Email application, click on “Accounts”. If you already have one or more email accounts, you will find a list in your E-mail application. Click on “Menu” then on “Add new account”;

  • Should you not have an account already set up, begin with the final action of Step 1.

1. Open the E-mail application on your phone and select "Add new account".

2. Fill in your Email and the password, then select "Manual setup";

3. For "Protocol" Select IMAP (recommended);
4. Enter your "Email address", Username and Password” once again;
5. For the incoming (IMAP) server settings, please enter the following information:

  • The IMAP server: securemail.webself.net
  • The “Security Type” should be “SSL".
  • The Server port is "993", then click on "Next".

6. For the outgoing (SMTP) server settings, please enter the following information:

  • "Login required", should be checked.
  • Enter your "Username and Password” once again.
  • The “SMTP server”: securemail.webself.net
  • The “Security Type” should be “SSL".
  • The "Server port" is 465, then on click "Next".

7.Enter a name for the account, then click on "Finish setup";


8. Your account is now ready to use.

Tip :

After setting up your account, you may have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before you can send or receive messages.
